Le Restaurant – An elegant and glamorous restaurant, conservative and requires a dress code at dinner. International and traditional French cuisine throughout the season. Buffet breakfast with harpest entertaining daily and set dinner. A perfect setting for a romantic candlelight dinner.
Nobu – Only during Winter this restaurant consists of one bar area, two dining areas as well as one private function room and walk in wine cellar. Colorful Belle Epoque interior design operated by the management team of the world famous chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa “Nobu”. His unique new style cuisines combines traditional Japanese ingredients with Peruvian influences.
Renaissance Bar – The coziest bar in St. Moritz offering classic and innovative cocktails.
Grand Hall – The press call it the “living room of St. Moritz” with views over the lake it delivers the best ambience to sit and enjoy caviar and champagne or home made pastries with the best tea selection in town.
Trattoria – A small cozy restaurant featuring Italian food “mama's cuccina style”. The atmosphere is rustic with an informal dress code.
Alcapulco – Light, healthy and trendy dishes as well as all day breakfast is served for those who spend their day at the swimming pool or fitness room.
The Chesa Veglia – The oldest farmhouse of St. Moritz, a hideaway for the rich and famous and featuring three restaurants and two bars. The Pizzeria for original Italian pizza and Pasta, the Grill room for elegant French cuisine dining, and the Patrizier Stuben for Swiss and International specialties. The two bars within, Pola and Caridgiet Bar are the perfect place for pre dinner drinks. The Chesa Veglia is also famous due to the Club Privé, which is the most exclusive club in St. Moritz, attended only by appointed life time members.
